Let's Share Lessons on The Journey

Akosua Dardaine Edwards - author, writer, coach, gender specialist, speaker

You want to feel like your life belongs to you–not your schedule, your bank account, your job, or other people’s demands and expectations?

You want to feel…free. Really, truly FREE.

You want to be aligned with what you truly, deeply desire.
You want a schedule that’s free of “have to.”
You want to connect with ever-more people who really “get” you.
You want less work, more play.
You want to be aligned with your boldness, your fierceness, your courage

Who I Work With

The women I’ve worked with want to be authentic, and truly enjoy life, more.
They want to stop feeling like self-care is that thing on the to-do list that they guiltily neglect.
They want to create more do what brings them joy and demonstrate “why they are here”

I work with women who have a shit-ton of smarts and an abundance of ambition. They already know how to work hard–even when it comes to self-help–and it’s working hard that’s become exhausting. They don’t want coaching that’s about checking off a to-do list. They’re sick of telling themselves to “be realistic” about what’s possible.

They come to coaching because they know that they want to live their best lives, to tap into their authentic power, to live out why they are here.  They want straightforward nonjudgmental feedback.

About Akosua

My name is Akosua. I approach my work from a holistic place. There are no scripts. One week of coaching will look different from the next.   I am sharing lessons on my own journey to unconditional self-love. I am shining the light on why are we here. Some sessions involve a lot of questions, and others involve a lot of listening, and others involve pragmatic and massive action strategizing.

I’ve walked through this fire of self-examination and transforming. I know what it’s like to look at all the parts of my life that aren’t working, and to want to run. I used to run. What changed my life was doing the work and stopping the running and meeting some amazing women on the journey. I have learnt that I could run if I wanted to, but I’d end up right where I started–and I’d be more exhausted from all of that avoidance.

How I Work

Intro Session: $100 -90 minutes. You fill out an in-depth pre-session questionnaire that’s going to tell me a lot about you and, hopefully, spark you to think deeply about the truth–what’s truly not working? What do you truly desire?

I review everything prior to our session, and then we come together at the appointed time to dive right in with the work. Leave this session starting to challenge old habits and limiting beliefs (“I wish I could, but…”), and with a clear picture of your next steps.

An intro session is always how I start working with new clients.

Ongoing Sessions: $300 monthly, or two payments of $150. Three-month commitment.

After having an Intro Session, if you decide you want to continue, we can work together in an ongoing capacity. This includes:

  • Establishing your unique focused and measurable objectives for our work.
  • Two 60-minute sessions, each month.
  • Recordings of sessions for your review.
  • Customized practices, to be completed between sessions.
  • Monthly voice check-ins, between sessions.

A note: for ongoing coaching, the work is intense. It’s intense because we’re creating a lot of movement in all the areas of your life that have felt stuck, and it’s intense because courage is a muscle that takes time to develop. Fear comes up, first. You’ll second-guess yourself, wonder if you made the right decision in exploring all of your “stuff,” and ultimately, if you stay with the process instead of running away in fear, you’ll get to the other side of something and realize that you can’t go back to doing things the way that you used to–and thank goodness for that.

All payments are in USD Currency

Knowing If You’re Ready

When you’re tired of pretending not to want what you truly want…
When you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed…
When you’re tired of feeling tired…

When you’re ready to wake up feeling GOOD about life…
When you’re ready to feel excited about the people in your life…
When you’re ready to be courageous in every area of your life…

That’s when you’re ready. I look forward to the journey, together.
